I’m a sucker for a new trend. I’ll wear anything as long as it’s “in”. This fall, the trend that is sweeping the streets of Des Moines is glitter nail. I’m obsessed with it. I personally went with the opaque silver glitter look (pictured above), but I also love OPI’s Rainbow Connection over a colored nail polish.

Glitter nail has also quickly become my newest saying. If Eric asks me for some milk, I’ll reply, “Glitter nail.” My sister wants to know what I did today, “Glitter nail.” The trick is that you have to say it with a little bit of a stink eye and a lowered voice so that they know you’re not messing around.
